By creating an account or using the Shifa platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.

Shifa is a digital platform connecting patients with doctors, pharmacies, and labs. We are not a healthcare provider — we are a technical intermediary.

We don't provide medical advice. All medical information comes from licensed healthcare providers.

You are responsible for: providing accurate information at registration, protecting your password, and all activity in your account.

If you discover unauthorized use, notify us immediately at support@shifa-iq.health.

Prohibited: using the platform for illegal purposes, sending harmful content, violating others' privacy, or attempting to hack the system.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these rules.

Shifa is not a substitute for professional medical advice. All medical decisions should be made in consultation with a licensed physician.

In emergencies, call 122 or ambulance (104) immediately and don't rely on the platform.

Healthcare providers (doctors, pharmacies, labs) are subject to additional terms including: license verification, compliance with the agreed commission, and adherence to quality standards.

Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

All Shifa content (code, design, text, logo) is the exclusive property of Shifa. Copying or distribution without written permission is prohibited.

Your content remains yours. You only grant us the right to use it to provide the service.

For providers: the commission (3%-5%) is automatically deducted via the agreed payment methods. Full details on the Pricing page.

For patients: the app is free. Any payments go directly to the healthcare provider.

You may terminate your account at any time from settings. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for terms violations or fraud.

After termination, we delete your data within 30 days, except as legally required to retain.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shifa is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages resulting from platform use.

Our total liability is limited to the fees paid to us in the prior 12 months (if any).

These terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Iraq. Any dispute is resolved in Iraqi courts in Baghdad.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes are communicated 30 days before they take effect.

Your continued use of the platform after the update means you accept the new terms.
